WARRANTY POLICY:
Please read this over carefully prior to your purchase. This warranty policy applies to LED Signs, Car DVD Units, Foot Massagers, Money Counters,and Digital Picture Frames.
Favotech guarantees this product for the warranty period as specified in the auction listing.
If an item is dead-on-arrival or malfunctions within the warranty period (effective the date of purchase), Favotech will replace the item with a functioning unit. We reserve the right to send a refurbished unit as the replacement.
The buyer must pay for all return shipping fees and these are non-refundable. Favotech will replace the unit and Favotech will pay for the return shipping to the customer. Favotech does not cover customs or duties charges on the replacement unit. Any returned items must be shipped and cannot be dropped off.
If the buyer returns a defective item and requests a refund instead of a replacement unit, the buyer will be refunded the original purchase price less 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charge is not refunded. We recommend that all buyers take a replacement unit for defective items as the best course of action for both Favotech and the buyer.
For Digital Picture Frames, we will NOT replace digital picture frames for dead pixels.
For Car DVD products, the buyer MUST use a licensed professional to install the unit. Self-installed units are not covered by the warranty. Buyer must provide a receipt for proof of professional installation. This policy was added due to customers frequently damaging the products during installation.
Favotech does not provide refunds on damaged, dirty, or used products and the item is returned at the buyer's expense.
Massage Chair and Foot Massager Warranty Policy: Favotech will provide replacement electronic parts (shipped by UPS Ground) during the warranty period. We will provide to identify the correct replacement part. Favotech does not reimburse for any labor charges. We ship replacement parts by UPS Ground. We stock most spare parts but sometimes we may not have the right part in stock and we will request it from the manufacturer. This may take a few weeks to complete. As shipping costs are extremely high for these heavy products, we will help you fix any non-working functions. Please read the auction listing carefully for terms regarding the coverage of the electronic parts and the coverage of the extended warranty.
RETURN POLICY:
Favotech accepts returns on products that are unopened. The product must be returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. When we receive the product and confirm that the product is unopened, we will provide a full refund less 20% restocking fee and less the original shipping charge. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Favotech does not accept returns on opened products if the product is working properly. It is the buyer's responsibility to make all products work in their system. Lack of ability ot operate a product is NOT a reason to return a product.
If we receive a returned product in which the buyer has claimed it was 'unopened' but we find that it was opened by the buyer, we will not process a refund and return the item to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
